I went out to mom's today to make apple sauce with Amy and mom. Then I got to pick up Cole from school and we went biking. He has improved so much over the summer. One of his favorite things to do it ride over speed bumps. Here are some pictures of the day, and a lovely video of Micah explaining what we are doing with the apples. She helped me peel and core a whole bag of apples.
